Ok! It takes me a while to get used to different people's sense of humor. Once I do, then I know how to respond. Just be thankful you have a sense of humor, because without one, you just crash and burn.

:-) It's OK. And yes, it is very true about language, especially jokes and slang. Once I was limping past an English (recently moved from England) woman's home and she asked why I was limping. I told her a kid shot a bottle at me. She said, "Shot a bottle at you? You mean with a gun?" I never forgot that. :-) :-)
