Created in the non-3D version of Apophysis.

I think this will be a new direction I will take for awhile. No 3D in the near future. Images with shiney, polished portions of colored, metallic surfaces.

I primarily consider myself an artist, second a fractalist. If I don't keep looking for new directions I become unhappy. I'm thankful that you are out there supporting me but most of all, that you recognize what I'm attempting to do. Thank you.

Wonderful palette, ethereal and surreal. I am a trad artist with a Photo Shop addiction Trying to reconcile and combine whatever flavors Photos, PS manips, paint, drawing etc, in a meaningful and/or interesting manner. Fractals such as yours are rapidly inspiring me to add yet another element/facet to my collection of art tools. Great piece! If you have a spare moment, any advice on getting started with fractals will be appreciated. Yours, RC

It's always good to hear that I have inspired someone. :-) If you don't already have Mandelbulb 3D you can get it here free . . . [link]

Experiment with it. Don't be afraid to try all the bells and whistles. :-)

Good luck - let me know how it goes.
