Shell-like, but the lines are like a precise technical drawing...just musing out loud. Very nice, Tom!

^^^ sense of movement times a billion
awesome as usual, this one really reminds me of a snail shell, and i got an enormous sketch of one on one of my school folders
but this is 1000 times better
or maybe its a wormhole, anyway the lens flare really adds a nice touch to it

Thanks a lot for your comments; actually, the flare at the center wasn't added, it came straight from Apophysis with the image. I thought it was cool too.

Hehe, awesome sense of movement again, you portray that very well in your art.
I like the simplicity of the colors, and how you kept to one, it stands out even more against the background.
Kinda makes me think of a colored black hole, lol. =P
Great job.~ As usual.

Colored black hole, indeed. I couldn't possibly think of a better way to describe it.. and I love the color. Good work, Tom.

Beautiful, such a pure render. I remember trying Apophysis some time ago but had problems running it, I must check it out again sometime if it can give stunning results like this.
Great work !

Thanks for the nice comment. It.s a great program and you'll have lots of fun but you will need to really get to know it before you get images like this. I've developed a special technique over the last 100+ hours of using it that allows me to create images of this style.

Your images are really nice! Good luck.
